• "Supplier" refers to the independent third-party tour operator, guide, or service provider who delivers the tour or activity
• "Customer", "You" refers to the person making a booking inquiry or purchase through our platform
• "Booking" refers to any reservation or inquiry for a tour, excursion, or activity made through our platform

2. Our Role as Marketplace

3. Booking Process

3.1 Booking Inquiries

When you submit a booking inquiry on our platform, you are requesting availability and confirmation from the supplier. A booking inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation until:

1. We confirm availability with the supplier
2. We send you a booking confirmation and payment link
3. You complete the required payment

3.2 Pricing

• All prices displayed are indicative and subject to availability
• The final confirmed price will be stated in your booking confirmation
• Prices include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Currency conversions are approximate and based on current exchange rates

3.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. By completing a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations

• Free cancellation: Many tours offer free cancellation up to a specified number of hours before the start time (as indicated on the tour page)
• Late cancellations: Cancellations made after the free cancellation window may not be eligible for a refund
• No-shows: If you fail to attend without prior notice, no refund will be provided

4.2 Supplier Cancellations

If a supplier cancels a tour due to weather, safety, insufficient participants, or other reasons:

• You will receive a full refund, or
• An alternative date or activity may be offered (subject to your agreement)

4.3 Refund Processing

5. Supplier Responsibility

Each supplier listed on our platform is an independent business. The supplier is responsible for:

• Holding appropriate insurance coverage for the activities they offer
• Meeting health and safety standards

6. Limitation of Liability

As an intermediary platform:

• Trips with Ease SL is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during a tour or activity
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by suppliers
• Our liability is limited to the platform service fees we charge, to the maximum extent permitted by law
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of supplier-provided content, including descriptions, photos, and reviews

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Customer Obligations

When using our platform and participating in tours, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information when making bookings
• Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
• Follow all safety instructions provided by the supplier
• Disclose any relevant health conditions or special requirements
• Behave responsibly and respect local laws and customs
• Ensure you have appropriate travel insurance for your activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, images, logos, design, and software, is owned by Trips with Ease SL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Tour-related content may be provided by suppliers and remains their property.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Complaints about tours: Should be directed to the supplier first. If unresolved, contact us at contact@tripswithease.com and we will assist in mediating

• EU Online Dispute Resolution: You may also use the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
